Semalam aku beli tiket bas Transnasional secara online. Cerita dia mcm ni, aku dok kerja di Kuching Sarawak dan akan travel balik ke Penang pada hari Khamis malam Jumaat akan dtg. Untuk pengetahuan semua, aku dah beli tiket penerbangan AirAsia dari Kuching ke LCCT, Kuala Lumpur serta connecting flight dari KUL ke Penang.

Nak mudah cerita

KCH (1950hrs) – KUL (2130hrs) dan connecting flight yang tidak dijamin oleh AirAsia ialah KUL (2200hrs) – PEN (2255hrs).

Jika dilihat dari jam ketibaan aku dari KCH di LCCT, aku hanya mempunyai masa tak lebih dari 30 minit sahaja utk penerbangan seterusnya. Jika aku miss connecting flight ni, for sure aku kena balik naik bas ke Penang. Untuk rekod, aku pernah mengalami nasib yg sama akhir tahun 2010 lalu.

Inilah rupa travel Itinerary aku, peringatan!!! Ini bukan tiket dan anda harus menukarkan nya dengan tiket bas setelah tiba di stesen/terminal bas perlepasan. Berikut adalah term and contion yg perlu anda tahu setelah membuat pembelian dari online

  1. Booking Confirmation
    Please ensure that your destination, departure date and time are correct before confirming the purchase. Once payment is received and travel itinerary is produced, the transaction is considered as confirmed sales/tickets. No refund and cancellation allowed.
  2. Ticket(s)
    Travel itinerary must be presented at any Transnasional counter/agent to exchange for boarding ticket(s) at least 1 hour before departure time. Only passengers with valid tickets are allowed to board the bus. Travel itinerary is not a ticket/pass to board the bus.
    *** Only passengers boarding the bus at KLIA are allowed to use the ‘Travel Itinerary’ as boarding pass to board the bus.
  3. Refund of Ticket(s)
    Tickets sold are not refundable. However, passengers are allowed to change their tickets at any Transnasional counters at least 24 hours before departure. A fee will be charged for every changed ticket.
  4. Loss of Ticket(s)
    Tickets lost after the exchange with travel itinerary will not be replaced under any circumstances. Passengers are advised to purchase new ticket if the situation arises.
  5. Policy of Carriage
    5.1  Passengers are required to present their tickets before boarding the bus.
    5.2  Passengers to board the bus 10 minutes before departure time. The company will not be responsible for any latecomers.
    5.3  The company has the right to prohibit passengers from carrying very heavy thing(s)/luggage, item(s) which are fragile and perishable, chewing gum, drinks in open plastic containers, alcoholic drinks and/or item(s) not permitted under the law.
    5.4  Passengers are strongly advised not to bring highly valuable items to be stored in the luggage compartment.
    5.5  The company is not responsible for any losses of passenger’s belongings on board the bus.
    5.6  Indecent or immoral activities are not permitted on board the bus.
    5.7  The company has the right to reschedule the bus timetable without prior notice.
    5.8  Passengers are governed by the terms and conditions set by the company from time to time.
